Aviation nit-picks

First of all, the plane in the picture isn't really a Heinkel He-111. It's the Spanish built version CASA 2.111. You can tell this by the engine exhausts - many of the Spanish versions used Rolls Royce Merlin engines with the exhaust stacks high on the nacelles. The German built He-111s had exhaust stacks low on the nacelles. Spain actually operated their CASA 2.111s until early 1975, some 30 years after the end of WWII.

Second, the He-111 wasn't a fighter. It primarily serves as a light bomber. Some were used to tow combat gliders, and one bizarre version (He-111Z) featured two He-111s joined at the wing with 5 engines to tow the Me-321 Gigant glider.
