What if the Sun was further below horizon?
What if you were on the Moon and all you could see is the corona, what if you were on large flat plain, where you could edge-on to any dust illuminated by the faint light coming limbs of fire of the Sun- like driving down from Mt Wilson, and seeing the impenetrable thick haze over LA in the late afternoon sun.
