re: Lying about the African uranium
Good link, including the sub-links.
Bush's statement: "The British government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa."
The statement from British Intelligence (paraphrased): Yes, we told Bush this. And yes, the item on yellowcake from Niger is true, and we stand by it. And no, we didn't use those ratty forged documents as our sources. Next question?
Okay, now what?
Is there any possible interpretation of the above two statements that makes Bush a liar? Or a fool?
This whole thing is falling apart for the Democrats like cheap toilet paper, and I'm just waiting for the next one.
