You're saying some time within the present administration would have been a good time to bring North and South Koreas together? No. The best time was about 50 years ago.
Today, North Korea is so backwatered and brainwashed, government and citizens alike, the only way the nation could ever hope to enter the world market as a viable participant is after a complete system lobotomy.
