Depends on the group.
Some groups, if you eliminated their condemnation of Israel and the U.S. (and a few years back, South Africa), are pretty much left with nothing to say. A good litmus test: find out what they say about Castro's Cuba.
Others are fairly even-handed.
I have no problems with Human Rights Watch, for example, and often use their material.
