Jackpot justice is unethical even if its done "For the POW's"
This is nothing more than a get rich quick scheme dreamed up by a trial lawyer and real done so at the expense of the POW's who are now made to look like money thirsty leaches rather than the heros they sheould be seen as.
And besides, there were a few hundred thousand more iraqi's tourtured and killed than there were american POW's. That is who the Iraqi reconstruction is aimed at.
Trial Lawyers are lower than Crack Hores who are lower than the Hussain Family who are lower than Vultures, etc...
