Hmm. Problem with US soldiers getting this money is there are lots of other people who were damaged by Saddam. I don't think we should put these US soldiers ahead of line, merely because we control Iraq. If the funds could be put into class action type fund, which say included Kuwaits citizens and other soldiers from other countries in that coalition, it could be more a reasonable claim.
