re: Liberals DEMANDING troops be sent to Liberia
The radically-leftist Congressional Black Caucus is now apparently demanding that we become World Policeman. The same voices that screamed in indignation that we interfered in Iraq are now accusing Bush for not interfering in Liberia. Thousands dying under tyranny? This was regarded at utterly and totally irrelevant when applied to Iraq.
I have no idea how liberals think any more. Does the Left just select whatever position that Bush does not take and promote that? Is it that simple? Are they just hoping for another Somalia fiasco? I'd appreciate any insight.
