She looks okay
It's only because she is much photographed and she has usually looked better. If it's the first time you have seen her she's quite presentable.
The same goes for famous men. Bill has had his share of fat jokes and have you seen a picture of Jerry Lewis lately?
BTW, the old guy in the beard looks to be in better shape than the rest of the men.
