The new Irony HTML tag

I added a new Irony tag to help the irony-impaired. If you format Wolfie's quote like this:

<span class="Irony">"I think all foreigners should stop interfering in the internal affairs of Iraq,"</span>

you'd produce this, in Comic Sans font:

"I think all foreigners should stop interfering in the internal affairs of Iraq,"

which should provide a visual cue that here be irony.
