SpaceX has reinvented the Scout rocket
Sorry folks but reinventing the Scout rocket is not exciting. We've had the capability for building cheap small payload ELVs for decades (there's no real market for them). I wish Elon Musk the best of luck and hope he's having fun. However putting small payloads into LEO is not going to commercialize space or get humans to Mars. We need a cheap, fully reusable RLV to do that.
