Your browser identification includes "YComp", which means that the "Yahoo Companion" toolbar add-in for IE is installed.
When did you install it? By any chance did you install it coincident with this problem?
If all else fails, it might be worthwhile to try removing YComp. It seems to insinuate itself into IE, and might be interfering with scripting.
