In the last 24 hours or so, load times have increased outrageously, and I often get a "DNS error" page the first time, then have to refresh to reach a site. Can that all be attributable to "SoBig"?

In Flame (yesterday) and here in Geek Speak today, the following text string, or something equivalent, has appeared intermittently at the top of some post windows - or, in the case I'm pasting now, at the top of the reply window.
