But:

The Judge to whom you refer is not above His Law, either.

The Commandment (Exodus 20:4-5; see also Deuteronomy 5:8-9) prohibiting graven images and the worship thereof is a Law against idolatry. "Anthropomorphizing" - assigning human attributes and behavior to that which is not human - is also idolatry when applied to the God who gave the Law. That includes the fanciful notion of standing before a Judge after death; a Judge who, if other stories be true, already knows the answers and has no need to interrogate.

On the other hand, you might be one of those people who thinks "God-fearing" means "being afraid of God," and that correct action and behavior can only be obtained from humans by coercion, through fear of punishment. Just remember, what works to keep you in line isn't necessary, or relevant, to others.
