These are the same old tired arguments.
I'm willing to concede that magazines should be limited to 10 rounds. I think it's time to outlaw the private sale of all guns. Sales should be conducted through a licensed gun dealer and the purchaser should be subject to a background check.
When you start to point out the availability which is outside the law, you've adopted the gun nut's argument.
