Give me a drone with a payload of more than about fifteen pounds, a trip to the hardware store, and a couple of off-the-shelf relays, and I will show you a plane that can dispense toxins with ease. Do you really think they would leave such things mounted on planes left in plain sight after weeks of warning of invasion?
And again, the fact that Iraq had active programs in the past--as late as the mid-1990s--for such systems means nothing to you. It must be amazing to be able to think in two dimensions like this. Patterns of behavior MEAN something when you are dealing with people and nations. The inability to realize this is why people keep giving entities like the Palestinian leadership and North Korea "One More Chance," like Charlie Brown and the football.
Incidentally, I'll thank you to drop the lie that the trailers found were hydrogen producing facilities. I researched this myself, including looking up what a real Marconi hydrogen trailer looks like, and these are not it. But then, why screw up a good myth with facts.
