Policy should be based on capability not intention
Saddam clearly, according to all consensus, had the capability to produce WMD and the demonstrated will to use them.
We did the right thing in going in, as the evidence is clearly showing.
If Saddam was too foolish to play straight in the many years he was given, and then if he kidded himself that Pres. Bush was just kidding, then the outcome resembles poetic justice of a high order.
