The point:
The primary thesis is that it is so hard for many people to get photo IDs that requiring one to vote is at best a hardship, and at worst discrimination.
I simply pointed out that the same ID is required for a huge number of everyday activities in this society, including the poor and minorities, but somehow that's never an issue for those same people.
Why?
