Ah. Yes. I'm familiar with that object. It's in the Barad-Dur cluster of the Mordor constellation. This part of the sky is full of slowly-shifting nonluminescent nebulae, and this object was only recently unveiled by the movement of these shadowy clouds. The "magnetic monopole" notion is just a guess; nobody can really say what this object is. All that can be said about it for sure is that its Star Atlas designation number is SA#ur-0n.
Some folks on internet chat rooms, are, predictably enough, claiming that SA#ur-0n is rapidly approaching Earth, and will soon destroy us all. They also say that the a mysterious government agency called GRIMA ("General Regulation of Intelligence, Mathematics, and Astronomy") is conspiring to cover up this fact. Obviously this is TOTAL RUBBISH; the government would never do anything like that. I'm sure we can trust them completely. So, Sam, don't even bother asking.
Cheers,
Nathan.
