Weather impacts size of hole so variation is expected.
CFCs are clearly decreasing in the lower atmosphere as a result of ban.
They appear to have just peaked in the upper atmosphere where they impact the ozone hole.
Summary: Recent variations are due to weather not CFC's. The impact of the ban on CFC's should just now start being felt.
Still waiting for an answer to the question why you don't equate BD with planetary protetcion or EP with the NEO hazard like you do PETA and other enviro lunies with the whole movement.
