We're not going to know the truth about the ozone hole for decades, or long enough to get an idea of any natural long-term cycles.
An article in the paper, which unfortunately I could not locate, describes a steady increase in solar flux over the past decade or so that, if projected backwards, would account for current perceived warming trends. Naturally, the sticky part of that theory is "projected backwards." Without real data, how can one assume that this trend is part of a long-term cycle, and not a short one? Or part of a cycle at all?
In weather, one needs a LONG database to come up with anything that even approaches reliable predictions. Even then, there are always surprises.
Still waiting for an answer to the question why you don't equate BD with planetary protetcion or EP with the NEO hazard like you do PETA and other enviro lunies with the whole movement.
Get back to me on that question when BD and EP are the first people interviewed by the national media when those subjects come up.
