Next they will breed a race of humans that are only 18 inches tall on average...

One space shuttle could carry 100 or more of such vertically challenged humans into space at one time...

Hey, why stop at 18 inches?

If they were only 3 inches tall, then you could send thoussaands on one space shuttle sized craft.

At what size would they cease to be human?
