re: Short Astronauts
Probably wasn't clear on my remark. I wasn't trying to poke fun at Chinese being short, but was pointing out that although their vehicle would be able to dock with our systems, it may not be useful for carrying our astronauts.
Otherwise, a proven Chinese space capsule could compete with Russia's Soyuz (which has been modified in past years--it once wasn't that roomy either) as a service vehicle for the ISS. If I had been designing the system, I sure would have had that market in mind.
