Shame on Ted Kennedy. He said mean things to Duhbya that he should not have said. In the preznits words,
"Senator Kennedy should not have said we were trying to bribe foreign nations. I don't mind people trying to pick apart my policies, and that's fine and that's fair game. But, you know, I don't think we're serving our nation well by allowing the discourse to become so uncivil that people say — use words that they shouldn't be using."
Words like, "swell, and so's your old man," and next they will be reading jokes from Captain Billy's whiz bang. Oh wait, that's from the "Music Man."
Teddy was talking about preznit trying to bribe UN members to join with us in the "liberation" of Iraq.
Wow, can you say non-denial denial? Preznit Duhbya accuses Senator Kennedy of being "uncivil" instead of addressing his very serious allegations.
So, in other words, the answer is YES, Bush is using unaccounted for missing money to bribe leaders from around the world to send troops to Iraq.
Interesting approach.
