The bottom line
We can go on for days discussing potential of the programs Kay discussed, the possibilities of weaponizing the various biologicals and others items found, or the chances that Saddam would have activated this program or that when the heat was off.
The way things stand now, nobody in Iraq is going to be making weapons of mass destruction. Ever. Not from any sources, vials, programs, precursors, chemicals, dual-use systems, trailers, or whatever.
We stopped the whole damn thing in its tracks. Iraq as a source of WMD, a funder of terror, or a murderer of its own citizens, is no longer an issue at all. In a sane world, maybe this might be considered a good thing.
