I have seen similar maps in past elections, and they all look pretty much the same, with dense liberal enclaves in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and some northern coastal counties (note the 80 percent "NO" vote in the People's Republic of San Francisco). The dense population there balances the acreage of the other counties.
