re: Report on Iraq from one returning Marine
NPR last night reported at some length about the situation in northern Iraq, and the very commendable job being done by the American commander and his troops there (wish I could remember his name). Yes, NPR.
If the situation in Iraq is different from the picture being painted by the mainstream press, then this admin has got to start communicating effectively--something I'm not sure it's ever done. How?, you ask. It's the friggin government of the United States of America...it has no resources? It has no voice, no pull?
