Mainstream Media continued
Imagine this cartoon but instead with some steryotype of a black man, hispanic or gay, pointedly ridiculing them precisely for thier ethnic heritage and nothing to do with they themselves. Congress, pols everywhere would be in an uproar. But have even a nominal Republican (especially a white male) as the target, no problem. Especially if the mainstream's beloved Pat Oliphant is the cartoonist.
