Today's issue of the Palo Alto Daily News has the headline "New Regime Readies to Take Power." So now it's a "regime." I'd bet good money nobody at that paper ever wrote the term "Davis regime." I guess the rule is that Republicans have regimes, while Democrats have administrations.
