You might consider cleaning out the registry...as a last resort. There might be a left over fragment in there somewhere. I've used both Ccleaner and or Norton to do this but it can result in trouble. Make sure there is a Restore point made first!

Consider trying another malware product to see what it can find. I use SpyBot search and destroy. But having too many anti-virals and malware can also lead to trouble.

When printing, go to the control panel and open up that printer. You should see a status window. What does it say there during the wait to print? Can you tell from the TaskManager (ctrl-alt-delete) if the sprinter is using a lot of system resources?
