...I think we need to expedite the $87 billion dollar commitment as quickly as possible. Nor should any of it be a loan.
I blame Mr. Bush for recklessly creating the need for this obligation in the first place. But the moral thing to do is to follow through.
By the way, those griping about the obligation come from both sides of the political aisle - for different reasons of course.
