I am still amazed at the idea that if only we had the "cooperation" of nations like France, somehow everything would work out. That somehow the guerillas wouldn't attack U.N. troops.
I think this is part of the leftist paradigm that any action is acceptable if it is done as a collective, but it still makes no sense.
In any case, France wouldn't send troops and money if Bush blew Chirac on a worldwide TV link.
