re: Why terrorism?
There is no dignity without freedom. Whatever the Iraqis were under Saddam, it wasn't free or dignified. If we help them create a democratic society in a reasonable amount of time and get out, we will have done the Iraqis and the world a great favor. To think America's intentions are anything else goes against reason and history.
