As they say in the business, read the whole thing. It's worth it just for the South Park excerpts.
I personally think P. J. O' Rourke's "Republican Party Reptiles" long preceded the idea of "South Park Republicans," but there it is.
And it should be pointed out that leftist polemic books sell just as well and sometimes better than conservative ones. Political books on both sides account for six of the top ten New York Times nonfiction bestsellers right now, and four of the six are leftist.
The point is that there is a lot more choice now for Americans than there used to be. And choices are being made.
