I can sympathize with the difficulties of check-mailing
I periodically get into trouble for not dealing with things that I should. I lose track of payments and -- let's face it -- I procrastinate like an SOB. I try to get around my organizationally-challenged nature by setting up automatic payments for as many bills as is humanly possible. Even so, as often as not, I end up paying my cable bill by phone, after they've turned off my service (the best reminder of all).
Everybody is not just like you, Tom. Everybody has their weaknesses. I'm sure even you have a couple.
