Although this is not getting a lot of press, September's job growth was revised upward from the previously widely-reported 57,000 new jobs (the number Nancy Pelosi is currently bitching about) to about 125,000. Sorry, Nancy.
August's numbers were also revised upward. From this chart, it appears that the August numbers have been revised upward into about the plus 35,000 range from an original minus 41,000.
