Fox has already done all the hard research for them. They could even site Brolin's "Capricorn One" (1978) as an example of how it was most likely done.
On the other hand, done right, a miniseries that covers all of Apollo, over a span of a week, could have the potential to spark a new wave of youths enthusiastic over the prospects of a -- dare I say it? -- manned Mars expedition.
