They already know the answers, and every light in the sky, or in this case every report out of Iraq, is proof of what they already know:Bush created this war and lied about it.
I fully expect posters to show some effigy representing Bush telling a lie with the caption "I want to believe"...a la X Files.
Because as you infer in your post, everytime the facts show them wrong, they simply ignore that failed false claim and move on to the next one, just like any other ufoologist cult member.
The fact that many of the participants in the cult were less than a year ago, when dealing with the same intel, supporting the policy only shows how powerful a cult this is.
As a social phenom, it would be very interesting if it were not so dangerous.
The betrayal of our troops by those in the cult is not even considered in their blind self-absorption.
