Before you get your knickers in a knot, you might want to survey the right side of this board and see just how many of us actually think drug users should get tossed in jail. I'm not one of them, and have said so on a number of occasions. Although I am one of Rush's biggest fans, this is one of several issues where I am in disagreement with him, and it will indeed be interesting to see how he fields this.

Someone addicted to drugs should not be considered a criminal any more than an alcoholic is considered a criminal. Criminal actions related to drugs, or things like DUI, are a different issue.
