You are saying that it may be justifiable to commit war comes in Iraq because of the situation. So I am asking which war crimes and where. Also what excuses you intend to make for them. Most of the good ones haven't worked so far. At Nuremburg they weren't too impressed by the need to pacify an occupied country and following orders. Milosevich doesn't seem to have much success with the need to do war crimes in self defense.
So instead of all this talk about nuking towns and reprisals I want to know exactly what kind of war crimes you are proposing. Of course you don't want to say, because after all the tough talk war crimes are a serious matter and people go to jail for a long time because of them.
The courts are also not impressed with the defense of comparing the troops favourably with Saddam Hussein. It's quite an irony, that you seem to be disgusted with his war crimes and then want to advocate doing the same thing yourself.
The facts seem to be that you often advocate committing war crimes, which is one of the most contemptible things I have ever seen on a forum.
