An unexplained noise from the hull of the Space Station?
I don't know what this could be that would catch the attention of the crew. One would think that between the fans, the equipment, and what must be constant thermal expansions and contractions, that odd noises would be the rule rather than the exception.
The last thing you want to hear on a Space Station mission is someone knocking at the door.
