Bush to scrap steel tariffs (Huzzah!)

I have seen figures (which I can't find right now, so take it for what it's worth) that these ended up costing more jobs in U.S. industries that use steel than they saved in the steel industry. Good riddance. Hey, one small victory for free trade. Now, about those textile tariffs...
