This year's flu strain seems especially dangerous to children
I just heard on the radio that another young child has died from the flu. This brings the count to ten here in Colorado. Here's a link to our local paper on the story.
Take care, folks. Get a flu shot even if it isn't exactly the right mix for this year's strain. Most of all, wash your hands often, avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
If you're sick, stay home! You win no brownie points with me by coming to work sick to show your dedication. All you're doing is exposing everyone else. Stay home, get plenty of rest, and hydrate!
