Also, I remember France, Germany and Russia did take part to gulf War 1 and did agree to have the UN impose sanctions on Iraq.
This meant it restricted their trade with Iraq.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised companies allowed to invest in Iraq, will be providing jobs to people from the axis of weasel.
They'll hire those with the best experience in Iraq, the best knowledge of the language, of the oil fields and their origins won't matter as what will is their expertise.
