Subject: The error of my ways

I hereby apoligise for my stance on impactors... I know that nothing I can say will ever repair the damage I have done to humanity- I can only beg you for forgiveness. The esteemed Grondine has shown me the error of my ways, and my guilt is overwhelming (ie. more than whelming). I know that with Grondine justly calling for my resignation that my carreer is effectively over- a mere man such as I cannot prevail against a giant such as Grondine! I am submitting my resignation effective today... Furthermore, I am giving up all my worldly possesions and will join a Buddist monastary in Tibet where I will spend my life contemplating the damage I have done.

I hope one day I may find inner peace.

So, in closing, to avoid parenthetical redundancy (or repeating myself needlessly) : I am sorry, and I am resigning.
