Can Dark Horse be done?
And here I'm not talking about Black Horse, but rather a variant of Black Horse with a crew escape compatrment. In other words, just a crew carrying vehicle with multiple escape modes, one capable of carrying 4 crew to ISS. Turn it over to Phantom Works or Skunk Works, screw the ususal contracting procedures, hire who you need, buy what you need.
I don't know if you can comment, but the question is, are there any insurmountable thremal protection constraints? I have not seeen any mentioned.
