the real question: Did France help him set up all those ficticious companies?
We already know where the Swiss stand on civil rights abuses when said abuses get in the way of stealing money...I would expect such behavior from them...But who else might have helped Sadam in this arena?
My guess: France, Germany, and to a lesser degree Russia.
Time will tell.
