I am not an expert in this area, but I have yet to hear of ANY viral or bacterial disease that specifically targets only some racial or ancestral groups. If this were possible in nature, one would think it would have evolved naturally many times over history, and there would already be a wide variety of known natural racially-specific contagions. I don't know of any at all.

I don't think there is enough physical or biological differences between races to make this targeting feasible. Maybe one could come up with a virus that might statistically prefer one race slightly over another based on some characteristic like melanin levels or something, but the overlaps would be enormous.
