You're kidding, right?
So the complaint now is that Bush's economic policies didn't work fast enough? Maybe if the tax cuts originally proposed in 2001 had been passed instead of the crippled version that finally made it through congress, so that further cuts had to be added later, things would have moved faster.
At least you're finally giving Bush the credit for the improvement.
