My own response to a statement like I made would be to check it out myself before I did anything else. The references aren't hard to find. Try searching Biden along with "drunk driver." "Plagiarism." "academic record." Or keep it simple with just "lies."
Remember, the bar here has now been officially set that the most trivial lie shows a "pattern of mendacity."
